OUR MISSION

To create a safer, kinder, and more empowering digital environment.

OUR VISION

A world where every child can explore technology freely, creatively, and safely.

At CyberShield Kiddies, we recognize that children are the future and that their online safety is paramount.

Our dedicated team understands how children think and learns, allowing us to tailor our approach to meet their unique needs. Our goal is to educate underprivileged children about online threats, such as malicious pop-ups, and teach them to navigate the internet safely.

We take a personalized approach, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they need to stay safe online. Our staff is committed to raising awareness about internet dangers and helping children develop the skills to avoid falling victim to scams and other online threats.

We also understand the importance of ongoing support and collaboration. Just as a dentist works with parents to ensure proper oral care at home, CyberShield Kiddies works with families to reinforce safe internet practices and monitor online activities. If we identify any issues or risks, we collaborate with educators, parents, and technology experts to address them promptly and effectively. Our mission is to create a safer online environment for all children, with a special focus on those from underprivileged backgrounds. By providing comprehensive education and resources, we aim to help every child navigate the digital world with confidence and security.

Our Team

Chinwe Nwufo Founder and CEO

As a mother and a cybersecurity professional, Ms. Nwufo recognizes the significant amount of time children spend on various digital platforms, including devices, computers, televisions, and social media. In light of this, she understands that parents need to play a critical role in ensuring their children's online safety. To address these concerns, Ms. Nwufo has established this foundation dedicated to educating children about potential online risks, such as third-party pop-ups, which may lead to inappropriate content or solicit sensitive information. Drawing from her experience as a parent of two young children, Ms. Nwufo is acutely aware of the challenges involved in continually monitoring and protecting children from these online threats.

Ms. Nwufo earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Jos in Nigeria and her second degree from the University of Lincoln in the United Kingdom. She is a highly skilled construction architect with expertise in cybersecurity and systems architecture. During her time at the University of Jos, she founded and led the student-run non-profit organization "Students in Architecture and Project Management (SAPM)," serving as Co-founder and President from 2003 to 2005.

During her Master’s program in the United Kingdom, Ms. Nwufo authored a thesis titled “Know More Slums: Peeling Back the Social Subtexts of Slums and Slum Interventions with a View of Tackling Proliferation,” which was subsequently published and is available for purchase on Amazon.

Ms. Nwufo, who also holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Cybersecurity from Georgia State University in the United States, is a tech consultant and volunteer. She provides training to children and non-profit organizations both domestically and internationally. Currently, she serves as a Security Compliance Administrator and Systems Architect, specializing in Third Party Risk Management with the Gwinnett County Government, the second most populous county in Georgia.
